That's optional. You have set up all the specifics during installation. So you should remove uEnv.txt to avoid interferrence with normal u-boot booting. This file meant to serve as a way to tweak u-boot envs during boot. That's why you see u-boot looking for and could not find it (which is only a warning, nothing is wrong).

It is useful when you made a mistake in setting some envs and cannot boot (you would correct those envs temporarily, and then set it permanently later in Debian). Or when you want to test some setup and don't want to commit your changes to u-boot envs (remove it and things go back to the way it was).
